This place was perfect! Close to the beach! The condo had everything needed for a perfect stay. The views are amazing and peaceful from both the patio and balcony. I highly recommend! Jeff communicated great and even provided a few local places that we tried and had an amazing time!

Unit is adults only and the condo reflected that in being in excellent condition. Appliances appear to be new and are in working order. Only item I wish were there is a Keurig coffee maker. Beds are comfortable and unit was quiet. Jeff is an excellent host and replies quickly to questions.

Overall a good stay. But a few things from the property description weren't correct. This property is building 19, not building 17. So not right by the pool and beach walkway. There are no beach towels. Only 2 beach chairs, not 4. No skim board, like it says in the description. No beach towels. Kitchen was not well supplied. No cutting board, no pizza cutter, and no food storage containers. food storage containers, and no psas.
