Welcome to our newly renovated 5 bedroom townhouse in Boston!
This spacious 2300 sq. ft. 5-bedroom, 3-bathroom home accommodates up to 16 guests, perfect for families or friends. Located in a peaceful area with easy access to attractions, this space offers a family-friendly atmosphere.
A reserved parking spot ensures a hassle-free stay, ideal for multigenerational trips.

Bright, naturally lit rooms, each equipped with cozy beds:
1. Bedroom 1: 1 King Bed
2. Bedroom 2: 1 Queen Bed
3. Bedroom 3: 1 Queen Bed + 1 Bunk Bed (twin over full)
4. Bedroom 4: 1 Queen Bed + 1 Bunk Bed (twin over full)
5. Bedroom 5: 1 Full Bed + 1 Toddler bed

Fully equipped with everything you need to prepare meals and feel at home.

Three full bathrooms, each stocked with fresh towels and essentials for your convenience.

- Self Check-In: Convenient self check-in using a keypad.
- Parking: 1 parking spot reserved at the rear of the house, with additional free street parking available in front of the house. The Host is not responsible for parking tickets or violations on street.

- We live nearby and are available via phone or Vrbo messaging to assist with any questions during your stay.
1. Early Check-In and Late Check-Out: Available upon request, subject to availability.
2. Supplies Provided: We stock essentials such as toiletries, cleaning supplies, and coffee pods for your convenience.
3. Nearby Dining and Activities: The area offers a wide range of dining options, cafes, and recreational activities within a short distance.
4. Special Requests: Let us know if you have any special requests or need recommendations for local attractions, restaurants, or services.
5. Extra Guest Fee: After 7 guests, an additional fee of $30 per guest per night applies.
Pet Fee: $40 per pet per night.
6. Security:
- Cameras at the entrance for your safety. Blocking or disconnecting these will lead to immediate termination of your stay with no refund.
- Smoke alarms and safety features are in place.
7. Registered Guests Only: Accommodates up to +16 guests. Unregistered guests are prohibited. Occupancy will be verified via cameras.
** House Rules & Policies
- Check-In: 3 PM | Check-Out: 11 AM
- Age Requirement: 18+ to book, government ID required.
- Smoking, Drugs, and Vaping: Not allowed inside and outside the property. A $250 fine will be imposed if violated.
- Parties & Loud Music: No parties allowed. Quiet hours are from 10 PM - 7 AM. If it is determined that guests are having a party or neighbors report complaints/call the police, guests will be asked to leave immediately without refund. A $1,000 fine will be imposed.

By staying at this property, all guests acknowledge and agree to the following:
Assumption of Risk: Guests assume all risks associated with their stay, including but not limited to accidents, injuries, or loss of personal belongings.
Liability: The host is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or loss/damage to personal property occurring on the premises during the guest’s stay.
Damages: Any existing damage or broken items must be reported and confirmed at the time of check-in.
Guest Responsibility: Guests are fully responsible for any damage or loss that occurs during their stay.
- Overnight Guests: Guests exceeding the number stated in the reservation are not allowed.
- Mail & Packages: We do not allow mail or packages to be sent to the property. Items (e.g., Amazon) can be delivered to the door or a local FedEx/UPS store.
- Special Activities: Without written consent from the Host, activities such as filming, professional photography, events, or music recording are prohibited and will incur additional location fees. Contact the Host for location fees.
- Property Care: Guests are expected to keep the property and furnishings in good order and maintain a respectable level of cleanliness.
- Late Check-Out: Unauthorized late check-out will incur a $100/hr fee. Check-out time is 11 AM.

Very clean areas. We had some with mobility issues that had trouble with the stairs, but that's normal. Kitchen was very nice, but tight for 10 people. Location was perfect for what we wanted to see in Boston. Great to have parking.

This is an upstairs apartment and the kids rooms are on the third floor so the downstairs tennants cannot hear them from the bedroom. This is definitiely spacious, and it was clean. We traveled with 10 total family members and everyone was able to have a bed of their own (2 night stay). All of the beds were comfortable. The kitchen had an awesome refrigerator. The kitchen is minimally stocked, but we had what we needed. There is a regular coffee maker and a keurig. There were paper towels, hand soap and dish soap. We ate our main meals out and I heated up breakfast casseroles in the morning (oven worked very well). Bathrooms had awesome showers and great water pressure. They stocked with toilet paper, hand soaps, shampoo and conditioner. We had plenty of towels. The Ashmont subway station is a half mile away, so convenient. (My son in law looked at the wrong directions and it took us longer, but it was an easy walk and we felt safe.) We had a small vehicle and parked in the back (it's tight, so if you have a larger vehicle it will take some maneuvering). The other two cars parked on the street with no issues. The host is very easy to contact and she responds immediately. We all enjoyed our stay very much. I would definitely stay here again.

Staying at Jenny’s property was a great experience! Plenty of beds for everyone in my group to get their own (7 us total) and still have a couple of beds left unused. The apartment was very clean, and it is exactly as the photos show. Communicating with Jenny was very easy as she was very prompt in responding to my messages!The location is pretty great, less then 10 minutes away from multiple restaurants and bars down in Adams Village, a short walk to the Ashmont train station, and easy access to the highway if you plan on driving anywhere north or south of the city.Would definitely recommend this listing to anyone looking for a place to stay in Boston!

It was great! We loved the house, the kids loved the bunk beds and my daughter loved the tent they had set up. It was in a great location and for the price the quality of the house was more than we could ask for. The only bummer part was that we stayed only one night. If you are looking for a great house in the Boston area here is one for you!
