ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES OR EVENTS OR SOCIAL GATHERINGS...VIOLATIONS WILL WARRANT IMMEDIATE CANCELLATION WITH NO REFUND AND THE SECURITY DEPOSIT WILL BE FORFEITED.
**NO Parties or Events**, including bachelor or bachelorette groups. Quiet time between 10:00 pm - 8:00 am. Please be respectful to the neighborhood, no loud talking is allowed on deck between 10:00 pm - 8:00 am. Please note, if you are loud after quiet hours or caught having unannounced guests over, your reservation may be terminated immediately at my discretion and you will not be refunded.
-No unregistered guests. Sleeping-over visitors MUST obtain prior approval from hosts to enter the property or your reservation may be terminated immediately at my discretion and you will not be refunded.
**Guests agree to book under the understanding that the hosts are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illness that occur while on the premises, that the hosts are not responsible for the loss of guests' personal belongings or valuables, and that, by accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm to themselves arising from their use of the premises or to others whom they invite to use the premise.
-Any visit from the local police department will result in immediate eviction without a refund.

Our extended family came to Boston for our daughter’s graduation, and the Paisley Park accommodations worked out great for our large family group to all stay together. With six bedrooms and three bathrooms we could all fit together nicely. Some parts of the house reflect a charming history, while other parts (such as the kitchen and bathrooms have been nicely updated). It’s a very short/ convenient walk to get to the Target and other stores for groceries as well as an easy trip on foot to the Red Line T station at Fields Corner. We were all satisfied with our experience here. Thank you to the hosts.

The property is in a fantastic location near a Target and transit stop. It is spacious with comfortable beds. The host communicated well and allowed luggage storage after check out which is greatly appreciated. If this property was properly maintained we would stay here again. However the property is in need of maintenance and repair. The basement bathroom floor was in very poor repair with multiple loose tiles as well as a sinking/squishy feeling floor that created a safety hazard. We did not feel comfortable using the bathroom even though the third bathroom was needed for our large family group. Also some lower concern lack of maintenance like peeling paint, damaged/missing caulking near the main floor tub cracked/broken tile in the upstairs shower.
