We're huge fans of airbnb. Whether we travel just by our little family of four or big family of 10+, we've always loved and enjoyed the cozy and family-oriented atmosphere of a home away from home other than the commercial hotels.
We're quite picky with our choices of where to stay and very details oriented. Therefore, we've learned what to do and how to make your staying as memorable and comfortable as possible.

BRAND NEW APARTMENT in a small and friendly residential neighborhood:
*** 3 Bedrooms.
*** 2 Full Bathrooms.
*** Full-size, fully equipped and BRAND-NEW kitchen (Just in case if you like to cook because you miss your home cook meals. Showing off your amazing baking skills. Or simply heat up some prepared or leftover meals.)
*** Master Bedroom is very bright, spacious and well set up for work if you need to step away for few minutes to check on your work emails or work. This is also a perfect bedroom for any couple with young children like us. There is a king size bed and a sleeping sofa for your best comfort and ease of mind knowing that your young children are right there with you.
*** 2nd spacious Bedroom offers a queen size bed.
***3rd Bedroom offers a twin bed which can convert to a queen size bed.
*** ALL BEDROOMS come with 55 inches smart TVs for your entertainment and BLACKOUT CURTAINS for your extra beauty sleep.
* High end appliances: washer, dryer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, etc.
The apartment offers a very cozy, family oriented yet modern staying with an open concept living room and kitchen to make your gathering so much more enjoyable and memorable.

*** Less than 15 minutes away from the heart of Boston: Downtown Boston, Boston Common, Boston Garden, Seaport, New England Aquariums, Quincy Market, Fenway PaArk, Newbury Street, Encore Casino, ect… and so many other attractions.
*** Less than 30 minutes away from the home of the New England Patriots football.

Great location, a 7-minute walk from the Shawmut station with easy access to everything Boston has to offer. Host was super easy to reach and quick to respond. Property was very well appointed and so comfortable. We would definitely stay here again!

Interior of unit was spacious for our group of 4; was relatively clean. Well stocked with dishes; utensils; bath towels; laundry & dish soap. Tray of snacks, tea, coffee thoughtful. Easy walk to Shamut station thru church parking lot & quiet residential neighborhood. Short walk to small store for snacks & drinks but no nearby walkable grocery store for meat/fresh produce. Moderate concerns/negatives for us included- very firm bed mattresses- not too comfortable, but size of beds were a plus. Unfortunately, unit above was somewhat noisy in the evenings & early mornings (sounds of things moving/scraping along floor, loud sudden thuds, animal moving around). There was a daily smell of marijuana around the front porch when we returned to the unit after being gone most of the day being tourists in Boston; waft inside when front door opened. Window shades had to be always closed for privacy due to close proximity of neighbors. The significant negative was poor water pressure. We had to take turns showering & not turning on faucets or flushing while someone was in the shower. Shower mats were slippery, risky to step on; bath rugs weren’t clean/washed. Some might perceive the neighborhood as a bit tired, rough on the edges (trash on the streets, graffiti, houses in disrepair) but folks we encountered on the streets, nearby neighbors were all friendly. Definitely lots of potential for this property to be top notched. No intention to discourage folks to consider this property.
