This quiet beach destination is unique for it only has 58 units total on 6 floors. Our family has enjoyed this property for many years. We found that it is really different than the other condo's that are more than 20 stories and have hundreds of units and thousands of people. Our pool and beach is never crowded with all the craziness that you might have at the mega condo's. Minimum age to rent is 26. No pets are allowed. New mattresses, microwave and outside furniture was just purchased February 2026. Lots of extras!

When we walked in there was blankets hanging on the bedroom and master bedroom bathroom door . the kitchen trash cans have never been washed out. the mattress on the sofa bed is awful very thin be prepared. the unit was clean. I had to fold the towels left in the dryer . Kitchen is stocked very well . If I were the owner's I would be checking on who is cleaning their unit.
