Location was great! Just a short walk across the street to the beach. Clean. Equipped with everything needed. Enjoyed the beach chairs and kids enjoyed the sand toys provided. Outdoor shower was a plus!
Back yard was a little dated. Plants were dead and fence needed weeded. Queen bed in room with bunk beds needs updated. Sags in the middle. Also balcony railing is deteriorating, but floor was updated and sturdy.

We absolutely LOVED our stay here! This was honestly the best place we have ever stayed. The property was beautifully decorated, extremely well kept, and, most importantly, SPOTLESS. Everything smelled so fresh and clean the moment we walked in.
The backyard was absolutely adorable and such a nice little bonus!
The kitchen was stocked with everything we could possibly need utensil-wise, and having a dishwasher, washing machine, and dryer made the stay so convenient. You could genuinely tell that a lot of thought and care went into making this place comfortable for guests.
We felt right at home and honestly didn’t want to leave! If we come back to the area, this will 100% be the first place we check for availability. I cannot recommend this place enough! ❤️ (wish I had photos! Because the place is exactly as seen!)
The only downsides were that the beds were a little uncomfortable and there were some pesky sand burs, but that absolutely did not take away from how much we loved the place.

We cooked our own breakfast.
The key code was hard to use it, hard to open everytime

The inside of the property was great— clean, comfortable, and exactly what we expected. Just one questionable thing about the bedroom closet looks like black mold in it. It’s also in a convenient location within a good range of Panama City, which made getting around easy.
the backyard was very disappointing and honestly the main reason I chose this property. It looked nothing like the photos provided and seemed poorly maintained, almost abandoned. The listing photos definitely need to be updated to reflect the current condition so future guests know what to expect.
