Pretty apartment with living room with kitchenette, bedroom, bathroom. The apartment overlooks a pergola that gives access to a terrace level of approx. 100 overview. With free wifi, air conditioning with heat pump.
The apartment is located in the immediate vicinity of the Monte Claro park, a few steps from the Colle di San Michele, the medieval quarter of Castello, the Roman amphitheater and the botanical garden.
A 15-minute drive you reach the magnificent beach Poetto or the most romantic cove of Calamosca. In the adjacent streets are the main services: laundry, bank, pharmacy, supermarket, newsagent, pizzeria, hairdresser, beautician and bus stops.

I enjoyed every second in this gorgeous and beautiful apartment with this terace which is incredible . Francesca and Alberto are a very nice couple, warm and gentile, they help where ever they can. The apartment is good situated not really in the city but the bus stop to everywhere in Cagliari is round the corner and a supermarket just over the street. You find everything there you need. The famous beach Poetto can be reached easily by bus No. 5ZE directly to the beach bars. I prefered the Beach Bar Emerson. So take your time and enjoy your time with Francesca and Alberto!!

Alberto and Francesca were very helpful and great at communicating - the apartment is bigger than it looks in the photos with a lovely view and very central for transport. Had a fab trip - thank you!

Quite central apartment in Cagliari with a supermarket and bus stop right down on the street.
We enjoyed our stay in Alberto's apartment, especially the large rooftop terrace is noteworthy.
