This gorgeous family friendly spot right on the water was exactly as described and very clean! Our host was a very fast communicator when questions came up. We loved the giant open family room/kitchen/game area with bar stools and solid windows across the lake side! There are many great restaurants within minutes, and 2 grocery stores to make use of the fully appointed kitchen. The bathrooms are all updated and we loved the glass showers! Thank you so much for a great week in Lake Tahoe, cannot recommend enough!

The property is in a great location with stunning lake views that truly elevate the experience. While being right on the highway makes it convenient, it does come with a bit of traffic noise. The scenery, however, was quite beautiful.Upon arrival, we noticed that the kitchen still had garbage left behind by the previous guests, and overall, the space felt “clean-ish.” Considering the 654 cleaning and host fee, we had expected a higher standard of cleanliness. That said, the property manager was incredibly responsive—repairing broken cabinets within 24 hours of our arrival, which we appreciated.A downside during our stay was the presence of mice in the kitchen. Traps were provided promptly on the second day, but unfortunately, we did continue to see signs of them, which made using the kitchen a bit uncomfortable. All in all, the location and views were lovely, and the host’s responsiveness did not go unnoticed. With a few improvements in cleanliness and pest control, this property has the potential to be a top-tier stay.
