🏖️ Beach access:
- Deer Lake State Park Beach Access: Your closest beach access, about a 5 minute golf cart ride away. It has about 50 parking spots, restrooms, and dining pavilions with charcoal grills, plus a long boardwalk (roughly a quarter mile) out to the beach. Entry is $3 per vehicle, payable on site or reserved ahead. Just note the gate closes at 6pm.

- Gulf Lakes Public Beach Access #8: About a 7 minute bike ride away. There's no car or cart parking here — new signage blocks cart parking along the south shoulder near the access, but there's a bike rack, and a pedestrian path runs along the south side of 30A.

- Seabreeze Beach Access #7: About a 4 min drive away. Park along the north shoulder of 30A near the entry and use the nearby crosswalk; there's a bike rack and outdoor shower, but no car/cart lot.

- Walton Dunes Beach Access #9: About a 4 min drive away. There's a public parking lot about 100 yards from the entry (small, so arrive early), plenty of bike racks, and no boardwalk or steps. You can walk straight from the road onto the sand.

- Located just minutes from iconic spots like Rosemary Beach, Alys Beach, and Seaside, you're perfectly positioned to explore the best of the Emerald Coast. Enjoy lunch at Bud & Alley's, stroll through local shops, or soak up the sun on pristine beaches.

- You're right across the street from The Big Chill ~ a great family gathering place: entertainment like movies and concerts on the green, restaurants, and outdoor space for the family to hang. Friday night family dance party is perfect for evenings after the beach!

- 2 Resort Style Pools: The Northside pool is less than 5 min walk from your doorstep and features 5,000 sq ft zero entry style and is heated seasonally. (Oct/Nov, Dec 21 - Dec 31 and March/April) The Southside pool also features cabanas and loungers.

✏️ Other things to note:
- Parking is available in the driveway for 2 vehicles at the townhome directly in front of the garage door (unit B). There is no street parking available but there is overflow parking in South Prominence.
- Minimum age to rent the home is 25.
- Apologies, no furry friends are allowed at the home. We appreciate your understanding on this.
- Vacation disruptions can be a bummer. While it doesn't happen often, you may experience issues with Wi-Fi or construction on 30A. We are not responsible for any disruptions to the Wi-Fi service or any construction that may affect your experience. Please note that such occurrences are beyond our control, and we appreciate your understanding and patience in these matters.
