Good place for a big family

The house was clean upon arrival in a nice gated community. Well stocked with pots, pans, dishes, etc. There is a Publix about a mile down the road, which was very convenient. We were in Orlando to go to Universal. The house is 15 miles away, but with traffic, it took over an hour each way, so keep that in mind. We did go over Spring Break, so I'm sure it was busier. We paid for the pool to be heated, and it was when we arrived. But the hot tub wasn't hot. I texted the property rental line, and they said they would check on it and get back to us, but they didn't. Other than that it was nice and the house was a great size for the amount of people that we had.

Excellent. Excellent place the only negative is parking but other than that it was very spacious and met all my needs for entertaining guests for college basketball March Madness. Will definitely book again in the near future

Inconsistent communication with property management leading up to stay... Some requests for info came via email, some came via text, multiple spam marketing emails from the management group with "special ticket prices" links (that didn't work) and others made it hard to know that additional info was needed. Much of the additional info needed could have easily been included in the rental agreement. List of "chores" (checkout instructions) was not communicated beforehand and was sent via email during our stay, which I do not check while on vacation. Only complaint about the house was the outdated electronics. Very old TVs (4 different remotes and no instructions). Alarm clock still has an Original Apple dock.
