Well equipped home. Very clean and great location for our needs. Comfortable king size beds. Very responsive owners The only thing not provided were shower toiletries, so come prepared with soap and shampoo. Great time in Pagosa!

Perfect location to everything in downtown Pagosa. Only a short drive to other places. The house was clean and looked just as it did online. We would definitely stay there again.
