A proposito di questa casa struttura in affitto
Welcome to this elegant retreat with breathtaking views in the heart of Old Colorado City (OCC), where history meets modern charm! OCC was once slated to be the capital of Colorado, and today it's filled with unique boutiques, award-winning restaurants, and beautiful art galleries.
This beautifully remodeled home is just minutes away from all the best attractions in Colorado Springs. You'll be just 5 minutes from downtown, Pikes Peak Center, Acacia Park (a summer concert and farmers' market hot spot, and a winter ice-skating paradise).
You'll also be just 10 minutes from The Colorado World Arena (where top athletes train), Garden of The Gods, and Fort Carson. And if that's not enough, we're less than 15 minutes from Seven Falls, the Cheyenne Mountain Zoo, Pikes Peak Cog Railway, Cave of the Winds, and even Santa's Workshop at the North Pole!
But the real showstopper at this home is the stunning views of Pikes Peak and Garden of the Gods from your private deck. Complete with a grill and outdoor dining furniture, you'll never want to leave this beautiful outdoor oasis.
This home is designed with your comfort in mind, with two luxurious bedrooms (one with a queen-size bed and one with a king-size bed) and a spa-like bathroom.
We've thought of every detail to make you feel right at home and make your trip as memorable as possible. So come, relax, and soak in the stunning views while making some Colorado history of your own!
This house is located within a triplex property, but offers complete independence and privacy. It has it's own separate entrance and amenities.

It was a great location and the hosts were very responsive. Very nice place to stay!

Multiple unit rental with short drives to Pikes Peek, Garden of the gods and Manitou Cliff Dwellings. Parking is a bit tight (we had a Toyota 4 Runner). Ample choices of restaurants. Place was impeccably clean. Partial views of Pikes Peek and Garden of the gods from deck.

If you like the Historic District feel you will love this place. If you’re looking for a clean, upscale area this isn’t it. There were a lot of transients in the area overall. That is the only drawback to the property, everything else was perfect.
