This was our family’s second year staying at the Paragon. While we love the location and property, we were disappointed in that we had only intermittent hot water and low water pressure. This made it very difficult to shower and properly clean dishes, counters, etc. We contacted the property manager and she did come out to inspect the water heaters. Unfortunately the problem was not resolved by the time we left.

Great place to catch up with old friends. One of the best stocked rental homes. Plenty of dishes and silverware.

Reviewer Comments:
The Paragon is the perfect place to host multiple families. We love the hot tub and downstairs rec-room. The heated swimming pool at the nearby community center is a huge perk! It couldn’t be a better location and everything is very well maintained. The property managers are easy to get a hold of if you have questions. Everyone in our party says the Paragon is a highlight of our trip to the Black Hills!

Beautiful space with a perfect set up for family gatherings. Each bedroom has its own en suite bath which is super convenient. The house was a bit chilly upon arrival and the beds don’t have thick blankets so basement rooms were cold the first night, but the remainder of the nights were great. The hot tub was wonderful and the clubhouse pool was a hit with the kids. The game room was very fun!Kitchen was stocked well with plenty of pots and pans and utensils.
