Powderhorn C304. Great location at the South end of Main St. Walk to ski lift, restaurants and shopping. Located on the Blue river. Hiking, biking and sight seeing abound. The comfy living room features large corner windows, a gas fireplace with a 49" TCL/Roku smart TV over it. The dining table is located in front of sliding glass door to covered deck with gas grill.
The master suite has a queen size bed with TCL/Roku flat screen TV, large dressing area with a closet with organizer/drawer system.
The 2nd bedroom also has a queen size bed with a twin XL over with closet organizer. The living room has a sleeper sofa and a newly installed murphy bed. Hall bath has just been remodeled and updated along with new interior trims and tile

All was good and would rent again if it had a washer and dryer in the unit

Unit was nicely updated and clean. Great location. A few maintenance issues at no fault of owner. Communication was excellent with both PM and owner. BBQ grills no longer allowed on the balcony, therefore was removed.

Communication was good. The condo was great! Lots of amenities and features, and a great location. The bench, hooks and cubbies near the door were very useful. Easy walk to shops and restaurants as well.
