We have a Spectacular home directly on the beach that we would like to share with you. It includes gourmet kitchen, fireplace, hot tub, barbecue, and even its own private boat launch. There is plenty of yard to have a gathering. Sit by a campfire on the beach or enjoy a glass of wine in your private hot tub, overlooking the US Navy fleet of battleships. One of a kind place.
Summer Kayak Rentals- we have 3 singles for $50 each. You have access to the entire house. We do have a few cupboards with our personals in there that will are labeled.
A House Manual will be available to you when you get there. It will be located on the counter giving you all the information you need from internet info, to how to work the hot tub.
There is a cleaning fee of $100,and a security deposit of $200 which is not charged to your account. The $200 is charged if we file an incident report. For example, if something major has been broken during your stay and needs to be replaced. Or, if we need to drain the hot tub due to broken glass or things of that nature. The guest agreement has all house rules listed, for example where to leave all used towels, as well as washing all dishes that has been used. We will be doing ALL cleaning except for the dishes, that's why we ask of you to please do those before leaving the home. If there is a huge pile of dishes, we will have to charge the $200, which is also in your guest agreement. Feel free to contact me for clarification.
We also send you the front door code the morning of check in.

-The driveway is steep and may be challenging for some drivers or vehicles.
-The main entrance includes an approximately 8-inch step.
- The property is not wheelchair accessible.
-Bedroom beds are higher than standard and may require stepping up to enter and exit comfortably.
-Guests should be comfortable navigating these features independently.
-We have a holding tank for our potable water, so we do ask each guest to be mindful of water usage.
-The house is on a main road, so in the house you can hear the cars driving by.

Lovely house with wonderful views. Very high beds were difficult for an 80 year person with back issues. Suggest little steps would help greatly.

Tucked back yet right on the Sinclair River across from the Naval Shipyards, this place features a ferry dock for easy trips to the Seattle area. It’s beautiful by day and offers vibrant city lights at night. The Host was very easy to contact by text. The driveway was a little tricky to navigate on the busy road. You are welcomed with a towel, a hand towel, shampoo, conditioner, and body-cleaning tubes. As you enter the kitchen, a bottle of wine and a snack await you. The whole home is themed with naval artifacts, tying the experience together. The beds were very comfortable, although they can be challenging to get up into if you're small. With only a day to enjoy, we chose to relax and visit Port Orchard, where we discovered a family-owned candy shop making delicious fudge every morning. Overall, it’s a relaxing place to unwind, enjoy the huge yard, and, with binoculars, spot ship details. Further down to the left, you can even see ships being assembled.

Wonderful place to stay! This location has been on my wishlist for over a year, if you are considering it-just book it!!! We enjoyed the private waterfront location, cornhole, and hot tub. Everything you need is there making the stay very enjoyable and easy!!!

This lovely home had everything we needed. My only suggestion is people should know the driveway is steep before booking as it may determine the car they bring with them. Other that suggestion everything was perfect!
