Located on the 2nd floor with an elevator, the apartment is part of a residence and offers a charming view of a courtyard.
IMPORTANT: Please note that there may be slight vibrations from the metro.
Guests have full and private access to the apartment. It is designed for self-check-in, with a smart lock that uses a code. This system allows guests to arrive at their convenience, regardless of the time.
While you enjoy the privacy and independence of the apartment, please know that we’re here to ensure your stay goes smoothly and is memorable. You can drop off your luggage as early as 11:15 a.m., but the apartment will be ready by 3:00 p.m. for your arrival.
- Please treat the apartment and its appliances as if they were your own
- Any complaints regarding the cleaning must be made within 2 hours of check-in—after that, they will not be considered
- Any damage must be reported to the owner immediately
- Any damage caused to the property may result in a financial charge to the guest, at the owner’s discretion
- No guests are allowed in the apartment
- No noise above normal levels in general, but you must especially respect your neighbors
- No parties allowed
- No smoking allowed
- Do not give the access code to anyone outside the property
- The staff lounge and the washing machines and dryers are for STAFF ONLY and are not accessible to guests
- No refunds will be issued or considered if the listing description has not been read carefully—complaints regarding the subway or street noise have already been addressed in the listing.

This is the perfect place to stay for 1-2 people! It is just the right size (it's small but has everything you might need). It's in a great area with easy and quick access to shops, dining, and transportation. I had a few questions for the host during my stay and the responses were immediate and clear. It's very quiet as well. Lastly, I visited during the heat wave, June 2026, and thank goodness for the AC, which cooled the room extremely fast and efficiently. Thank you so much for making my first trip to Paris enjoyable and comfortable! I will definitely stay here again!
