Loved the location and quiet neighbors. Easy to get downtown. Easy to get to the mountains. After a day of exploring was nice to come back and be able to relax, play games.

Our stay was good. The house was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen was not as user friendly as we would have enjoyed. The game room was a blast but it was cold as the small space heater did not heat the area well. The location was perfect with a short walk to old town Arvada and Costco only is a block away. The balcony fire pit was nice and cozy for relaxing with family.
