You and yours will have plenty of space to spread out across this expansive property. There are three lovely bedrooms with (1) King beds and (2) Queen Beds high-quality bedding, and large dressers in which you can unpack your belongings and feel at home.
Each bedroom has its own private en-suite bathroom stocked with plush towels and complimentary toiletries such as shampoo and body wash. An additional half bath is available on the main floor of the home.

This dream kitchen has everything you’ll need to whip up tasty home-cooked meals, including spacious granite countertops, modern appliances, plenty of cookware, and high-quality knives and utensils. There is a dining table, plus a designated workspace for anyone who needs to catch up on emails or other work while away. Wake up and smell the fresh coffee! We provide a fully-stocked coffee bar with beans, filters, sweeteners, and a small selection of teas.
The spacious living room area is located just across the way from the kitchen. When the weather is too cold to enjoy the outdoor patio, the living room is the perfect place to relax. Very comfortable 3 bed, 3 bath house. Convenient location, close to Old Town Arvada with good restaurant selections just minutes away. Easy access to freeways and Costco. Kitchen is well stocked with dishes and glassware. The skillets could be upgraded with small investment. But we’ll,worth the money.

Condo was very clean and well equipped. We enjoyed having three full bathrooms as well as one half. The area is close to lots of shopping and restaurants. My only complaint is the upstairs bedrooms did not cool well. We contacted the host and they had repair man come out and that did help some but still warmer than what we are used to. I know this can be a problem in multi-level homes. I would be hesitant to stay during the heat of the summer again. But if I come back to the area in the cooler season I would definitely stay here again!
