87-2 is an elegant, remodeled 2-bedroom, 2.5-bath townhome in the tropical oasis section of Puamana. It is close to the ocean, beach access, and the dolphin pool on the south side of Puamana, unharmed by the Lahaina fire. The living room opens to an extended lanai with skylights, creating a magical outdoor living area that overlooks one of Puamana's most beautiful tropical green belts.
The home features a spacious, open layout that seamlessly combines the living room, dining area, and kitchen, allowing stunning tropical views to flow inside. Both bedrooms are upstairs; the primary bedroom offers majestic views of the West Maui Mountains, a king bed, and an en-suite bath. The oceanside guest bedroom enjoys a king bed and convenient access to the second full bath.
At Puamana, you can enjoy a refreshing pool, a tennis court, pickleball, three surf breaks, and a seasonal golden sand beach. Relax in your tropical privacy away from the crowds and high-rise hotels while remaining close enough to enjoy world-class golf, unique shopping, fabulous dining experiences, and the Kaanapali and Kapalua resort amenities. Several buildings on the northern side of Puamana’s oceanfront community were impacted by the Lahaina fires of 2023. Fortunately, this property and the entire southern side of Puamana were unharmed. We’re also pleased to report that two grocery store complexes in Lahaina—Safeway and Foodland Farms—Maui's renowned Hula show, the Old Lahaina Luau, and four excellent Lahaina restaurants—Ocean Tavern, Mala, Aloha Mixed Plate, and Star Noodle—were not affected and are all less than a ten-minute drive away.

Exactly as advertised, we recently stayed at 87-2 for a family vacation (4 adults, 2 kids) and it was wonderful. The complex is quiet, well maintained and beautiful. Check in and check out were smooth and easy. The kids had fun at the little beach and the Dolphin pool. The condo had everything we needed and was a comfortable space. The garden off the lanai was lovely and offered a good deal of privacy as well.

The condo was nice, but we thought we were on the water, which wasn't the case. We had trouble getting in the door when we arrived and both texted and called the company for help. They didn't respond. We found a cleaning lady in the area who helped us get in.

Puaman is always a great place to stay. Ocean pool and the clean well growing landscape makes this place outstanding. Our stay at 87-2 was amazing but needs some TLC & upgrades on Lani & interior furniture. We will come back again

To start, I will make it clear that I have HIGH expectations when I pay for something.It seemed that the place must have been recently sprayed for insects. The smell was overwhelming for a few days. Two dead roaches greeted us in the property at arrival. One of the spreads on a bed had blood on it. The gated community was quiet and pleasant. The air conditioning was definitely nice and location was good for us. The pool was closed and more definitive locations of amenities would have been nice. Overall, it was okay.
