Had a wonderful time! The unit was well equipped and the bed was super comfortable. You couldn’t ask for a better location. The lodge is nestled in a wooded area with each lodge having its own pool. If you want the ocean it’s literally just a short walk away. There’s a tram car,if you prefer to ride,that runs continuously to take you there too. It’s so deceiving how close you are to the water. Very relaxing and serene. Great location to restaurants and attractions . Would definitely come back here again

The place itself is cute. It was a nicely decorated. My issue was with the management co and their cleaning. From the start it seemed sketchy as once I paid online I got a four page fine print letter that I had to sign with all their fine print Part of it said that cleaning wasn’t included that you had to clean up after yourself so that it was clean for the next person, to me that’s super disgusting. They should always have a cleaning person. I texted them back and they said that cleaning was included so OK yay! They clearly said that cleaning was being done so we couldn’t check in until we got a text message we arrived at exactly 3, which was the check-in time and texted and she said that it was ready that the cleaning was done. We walk into the room and there are two dead cockroaches that look like they’ve been there for weeks. there’s Cheez-Its all over the couch and crumbs. There was nasty bathroom trash still in the trashcan. It smelled horrible the entire place smelled of mold and mildew and then lastly, the batteries in the remote didn’t work so we couldn’t turn on the TV until we went and got batteries. Also no paper towels or toilet paper. There were 2 rolls of toilet paper for 4 people for 6 days and no hand towels or anything we literally had to go buy everything. They did offer to come clean after I complained. I had already cleaned by that time and we were settled so no thank you. Just disappointed many stays with vrbo and never like this.
