Clean. Location. Loved the balcony with view. Friendly staff.

Little difficult to find the name on the outside of the building. Very noisy at night due to heavy doors.

Posto centrale, c'è la metro sotto casa e la basilica di San Stefano si vede dalla finestra. È organizzato molto bene per offrire il massimo della privacy possibile.

Non era facile arrivare all'ostello per la prima volta, perché Google Maps dava l'indirizzo sulla strada verso Santo Stefano, ma la porta si trova sulla strada dove c'è la metro

Great location, has a kitchen and room was air conditioned which was ideal

Bathroom was very unclean. Shared by 8 people but ours was only cleaned once over the course of my 3 night stay. Bathmat and hand towel were not replaced at all and were filthy. The bathroom was also very small with limited shelf / bench space which was awkward. The shower also had a very slow drain and filled up a few inches - that didn’t help with the cleanliness feel as if you use it after somebody, their shower water will still be draining (took a long time - 20mins or so). Sheets in my bed had stains on them. After seeing the bathroom I was a bit worried that they weren’t clean too..pillow was also small and uncomfortable. Not quite the hostel’s fault - but other guests were very loud in the common spaces late at night (past 11) but didn’t appear that staff at the desk asked for quiet. The group would have been there for at least an hour carrying on. Having to pay for luggage storage on the day of check out was a bit frustrating - it’s cheap I suppose.
