House and host was amazing! We had LOTS of rain and pooling water. Host responded quickly and help arrived shortly after. Two issues: lots of cobwebs and several lights needed bulbs.

The lighting could be better, but all of our group was over 60.

This property was ok but we won’t stay here again. Upon arrival the property was very cold inside. After locating and turning on all the window units with heaters it did warm up. There was also old coffee in the coffee maker and the coffee maker didn’t seem to work. Also the fridge and freezer are in need of a cleaning and there was a strong sewer gas smell in the guest bath. This property is in nice location but does have a close neighbor at the rear of the property. The check in process was smooth and just as described. The hot tub was enjoyable as well.
