The second bedroom offers a queen bed and detached full bathroom with a modern shower-tub combo. The third bedroom is perfect for the kids with two twin beds, sharing a bathroom with bedroom two.

Pool Access: Guests have access to the Duneside/Sparrow Pond Community Pool only (Apr-Oct). Please note this property has NO resort pool access.

Beach Access: Beach access is via Boardwalk 1.

Pet Policy: This property does not allow pets.

Parking: There is parking for up to 3 cars.

Check-in instructions will be sent via email at least 10 days prior to check-in once the Rental Agreement is signed. If your stay is within 9 days, or lesser, from the time of booking, the instructions will be sent via email as soon as the Rental Agreement is signed.
