Important Information regarding your rental unit:

1- Access: Please be aware that access to the unit requires climbing stairs.

2- Shared Space: Kindly note that there is rental studio on the upper floor, which has its own entrance and is occupied by a separate group. You may experience some noise from upstairs. Thank you for your understanding.

3- Parking: Ample street parking is available for your convenience.

4- Occupancy: While our property can comfortably accommodate up to 5 guests, please be advised that it is optimized for the best experience with 3 occupants due to the presence of only 1 bathroom.

5- Construction: The bottom unit (garage side) and lower outer area are off limits due to possible minor walkway and landscaping updates. For your safety and protection please refrain from walking in those areas.
