Our home gets the best of both worlds in Nashville. Our home is in East Nashville (short walk to Five Points) directly across the river from downtown. We are a 5-minute drive from downtown, 10 minute walk to some of the best bars and restaurants in Nashville and minutes away from Main St. Whether you are looking to explore the food and culture or dance all night at the honky-tonks we have you covered. We love the vibrant music, food and art culture in our neighborhood and we know you will too. For each reservation we provide our curated insider area guide with specific suggestions and tips for your trip.
Getting Around:
Our neighborhood is within walking distance from great bars and restaurants as well as shopping and parks. Along with local buses we recommend utilizing ride-share apps like Uber or Lyft in the city for further away destinations.

HOUSE DISCLOSURES
–We try our best to accommodate early check-ins, but we want to ensure the entirety of the spacious estate is clean and prepared for arrival. We can often accommodate early bag drop for your convenience. Please inquire if this is of interest to your group.
BUSINESS DISCLAIMERS
–We have a minimum age requirement for booking this rental. Reservation holder must be 21 years or older.
–We request that guests complete a guest verification process and sign an additional agreement prior to receiving any check-in information.
–We require that guests provide a valid credit card and piece of ID for identification purposes only.
–We do not accept peer-to-peer payment systems or any prepaid debit cards as methods of payment.
–Pets are not allowed at this property.
–Packages mailed to the property cannot be received by the host. The host is not responsible for lost or damaged packages and cannot guarantee their arrival.

The houses provided enough room for our group and although a little scuffed up, were comfortable. The regular beds were very nice. The daybeds and the rooms they are in are a little small for an adult. Houses were well appointed and a short 10-15 minute Uber ride from downtown. There were a few good places within walking distance and open during the snow. Overall, we had a great time.

The house comfortably slept 8 couples in private accommodations. Very clean and well stocked with towels, pillows, and toiletries. Living and Kitchen areas were great for all to gather comfortably. Plenty of dishes and needed kitchen items. We drove a 15 passenger van and the parking was wonderful and easy to get to. Neighborhood was quiet. The location was convenient to Broadway with only a short ride to downtown Nashville. There was even a home office. We loved this VRBO and rented two townhomes in the same building. Highly recommend!

Everything was good except we had dirty towels and a shower curtain that had make up all over it. I complained twice and never got a response. 😕
