The apartment has a practical fully equipped American kitchen, which includes a fridge, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker and everything necessary to prepare your meals. It also has air conditioning and heating to ensure your comfort throughout the year.
One of the most outstanding features is the balcony, where you can enjoy pleasant moments outdoors. The apartment also has WiFi and TV, so you can stay connected and entertained during your stay.

Famous for its iconic market, its streets are filled with cafés, gourmet restaurants and unique boutiques. A few steps from Las Ramblas and the Eixample, this neighbourhood offers a perfect location to explore the city while enjoying a calm and authentic atmosphere. Our reception is located at number 1 Passatge Sert, where you must collect your key between 9:00 and 20:00 from Monday to Friday (except holidays from Monday to Friday). If your arrival is on Saturday or Sunday (or a holiday during the week), key collection is at Aribau Street 228. Opening hours are from 9:00 to 20:00. Automatic check-in with your mobile phone from 15:00.
The Tourist Tax is not included in the apartment price. The rate in force at the time of the stay will be applied, per adult and per night, up to a maximum of seven nights.
The apartment does not accept group bookings or stag/hen parties.

Very large apartment with 3 brms and 2 bathrooms. The location was ok but not my favorite. It’s close to a metro station so that’s the only positive for me. It’s a typical neighborhood with local people. A convenience kit was left but no coffee was included only tea and sugar. No complementary water either. There is a convenience store close by. Everything else was good.
