This spacious house, with 206m² and capacity for up to 8 people, combines comfort, functionality, and a privileged location near various attractions in the region.
The accommodation has 4 spacious rooms, all equipped with double beds, ensuring a peaceful rest for all guests. It also has 4 bathrooms, with 3 with shower and 1 with bathtub, providing comfort and privacy. The independent kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, including induction cooktop, refrigerator, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee machine and kettle, as well as all the necessary utensils to prepare delicious meals.
The interior spaces offer air conditioning throughout the house and central heating, ensuring comfort in any season. The property also has Wi-Fi, television, and an iron, guaranteeing all the conveniences for a practical and pleasant stay.

Perfect base for our needs, to explore the local and surrounding areas ahead of a permanent move to Portugal in 2022. The property was spotless, and the management company were excellent.
Would have been nice to have access to the garage, where possibly there would have been cushions for the outdoor furniture.

The property is lovely, modern, spacious. Exactly as listed inside. However there is a building site directly next door...attached to the boundary wall, a new block of flats/houses going up. Work happening until early evening, loud, overlooked and dusty.
This wasn't listed online or mentioned upon booking or at any time I communicated with the booking agency before we arrived to check in on the day and saw and heard the building site.
However, the property manager acted quickly once I'd called to say this wasn't what I wanted/it isn't acceptable. They found us another 2 property options in the area, took us to see the one we preferred from the online listing and helped us move our belongings to the new property the same day we arrived to this building site property.
This meant that on day 2 we woke up and had a great holiday in a different place listed than this one here and all was not ruined!
This place could be great, just not until the building work next door is finished!
