Welcome to Twice-as-Nice, the 9th home in the Overmoon collection. This 8-bedroom, 6-bathroom oasis is located in the Windsor at Westside resort, just a short drive from Orlando’s famous thrills. It can accommodate 20 people, leaving even the biggest travel groups rested and ready for a big adventure – or just a simple day of backyard fun.
Our five favorite things about this home:
1. It’s less than 20 minutes from the theme parks. You’re a quick trip from Disney World, Universal Studios, or one of Orlando’s epic water parks or other diversions.
2. The togetherness of the wide-open great room. Even with a capacity group of 20, there’s room for everyone in the home’s main area, which consists of a conjoined kitchen, living room, and dining room. Amid the blissful chaos, there’s even a cool two-person table setup for a game of chess or cards.
3. The fully enclosed pool and spa. Thanks to a full-length safety fence, you’ll never have to worry that your littlest ones enter the pool area without your knowledge. And thanks to the screen surrounding the entire backyard, you can rest assured that you and the other swimmers are safe from bugs/weather/other outdoor pests.
4. Lakeside dinners. Outside dinners are awesome. Outside dinners overlooking a nearby body of water are THE BEST. Here, you can have one every night thanks to the patio dining set and the lake directly behind the property.
5. Late-night games in the billiard room. The kids are safe in bed after immediately conking out after your day at Disney. And where are you? Setting down your drink just long enough to chalk up your stick and bank a stripe in the corner like someone who actually practices this.

Home Truths:
- This home allows pets for a fee. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- Pool/spa heat will not be available for the summer months (April 1 - October 31).
- The pool and spa can only operate one at a time, not simultaneously. The spa will heat to the temperature of the pool. Once the guest turns the timer dial for the bubbles, that is what activates the heating for the spa. There are no other buttons for the guest to press.
- Please note that boat, RV, trailer, and oversized vehicle parking is not permitted. Violations may result in fines.
- Pool/spa heat is only available from November 1 through March 31.
Parking Details:
- $20 fee per vehicle in the community, with a maximum of 4 vehicles allowed on-site.
This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.
As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.
Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.
There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.
As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.
IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 28 days require a security deposit.
We report and prosecute all Credit Card Fraud.

We arrived and checked in without any difficulties. The house was clean, and everything was easy to locate. It was a great experience for the entire family.

Traveling with a toddler isn't always easy, but this house made it easier for us. Step stools in every bathroom, 2 high chairs, booster seat, pack & play, baby gate, kids plates, cups and silverware. Also 2 bathtubs in the house which was a very pleasant surprise as we didn't see it in the house listing. Plenty of supplies in the house that lasted us for the week stay. The game room was a hit with our group. Every part of the house including the pool & spa were extremely clean. There were no bugs in the house which we really appreciated. We loved the ample space and seating at the kitchen/patio tables. Having access to the club house & community pool was perfect! The community pool had a regular pool, childrens water area, lazy river & hot tub.There were minimal drawbacks that we experienced. One of the games in the game room wasn't working despite us trying to fix it. The beds in the upstairs bedroom right off the stairwell were uncomfortable and would benefit from updating them.

Great property. Modern and clean. The rooms are cute and the property has a perfect area for group dinners or hangouts. The pool was clean. We opted for early check in, which was great! There was coffee, dishwasher pods, laundry pods, etc. The rules were reasonable They used a different app for the check-in process and it was phenomenal. The support was quick and prompt. We had two problems during our stay and the host could not fix it: 1) the games in the game room shut down the first day and no one could correctly tell us how to fix it, which was a huge disappointment to the kids. 2) the listing said 5 cars but the gate guard said the rules were now 4. When we asked the host to fix it they literally sent a text that said “not our fault”. But if the listing said 5 cars, that’s what we should have received. They offered to pay for parking but we were able to park at a Publix up the road. We had to shuffle people and gate cards. It was a huge inconvenience and the host didn’t even try to make it right they just kept blaming the guardhouse, who threatened us multiple times to tow our cars and was rude. It made for an uncomfortable stay. Overall we would book it again, but be aware that 1) the host is unable (or unwilling) to respond in-person to any problems you may have. 2) parking can be a nightmare and the property listing may contain inaccuracies that the host may will not take responsibility for. Their own app is phenomenal and support is friendly.

The property was nice and clean, but lack in some areas such as bathrooms did not have anywhere to hang towels. One of the upstairs bathroom tub/shower sounded as if the floor beneath did not have any support so as your move the shower make all kinds of noise. There was no iron board, but an iron was provided. The freezer would not keep anything frozen just cold enough not to spoil. The ice maker only produced about 10 cubes a day. Overall my family was happy with this home and the location.
