The property owners are very responsive.

This was my first time booking a property of this size and magnitude, and I can say, it was a BLAST! Jake & Erin were super responsive to everything I needed and answered everything I asked! The most inconvenient part was having to go to a different gate to get my car registered to then be able to go to the real gate where the property is actually located, and my Apple Maps brought me to the wrong community altogether, but that's no fault of the owners. Overall, I had a BLAST with the pool, hot tub, pool table, home theater, Circus game room, and there was plenty of space for all my friends and guests! I plan on returning to this property in the future as the kitchen had literally everything we needed: plates, grilling tools, cups, bowls, silverware, clean fridge, clean microwave, sink, dishwasher, air fryer. Everything around the property was super clean and organized and smelled nice. Was really cool to be able to have a movie playing on the projector while hanging out by the pool and hot tub, however the projector tripod is kind of wobbly. Still a very cool concept though! The showers don't have any body wash or shampoo, but there is a HUGE surplus of shower towels and pool towels that helped IMMENSELY as well as hand soap! The price is certainly very good for what this property offers! One thing to warn about: the neighbors there have like a car shop next door, and on the day I was leaving, it was really hard to pull out of the driveway, definitely be wary of this.

Great property, great communication no complaints

Towels smelled like old cologne, cleanliness of house was just okay. Beds were super uncomfortable. The all sank in the middle of the bed and you could feel the springs. The absolute worst beds I’ve ever slept in. There was a hole in my bathroom door that was patched and the shower door didn’t close. Back door wouldn’t lock. The fridge stunk pretty bad.
