This VRBO is amazing! This is the first property that I check availibity whenever I am in Clearwater! Clean, spacious, gorgeous view of the sunrise, beautiful balcony. I sit with my coffee and watch for dolphins! Covered parking, pool and hot tub available. Perfect spot ...quiet but close enough to walk everywhere! Near great restaurants...host quickly responds to texts! Beach towels available, along with washer and dryer so no need to overpack!! Cant say enough about this very relaxing property! 3 tv's so everyone can watch what they want! Love the relaxing, comfortable space that this rental offers!! Thank you for opening your gorgeous home for travellers!!

It was great. In a quieter part of the island. Less than 10 minute walk to the beach. Great views of the intercoastal waterway (and dolphins!).

We had a great stay at this 3-bedroom, 2-bath condo in Clearwater Beach. The space felt new, clean, and well thought out, with plenty of room for our group and tasteful, comfortable decor. The balcony was a highlight, large enough to relax and enjoy breakfast while watching dolphins pass by. The location on the south end of the island was quieter but still convenient, about an easy 10–15 minute walk to the beach. It worked especially well for our family, and the quieter neighborhood made it easy to relax. The host was responsive and easy to work with, which made the whole experience smooth. We’d stay here again.

I chose this place because there was an advertised heated pool and spa. It was more expensive than some but I wanted a heated pool. There was torn up furniture and chips in paint. It was advertised that it was brand new. I immediately took pics and aent them to owner. The grounds keeper told my family the pool heater and spa hasnt worked n a long time. So dissappointed because I could have gotten beach front or more bedrooms for less money
