Condo is an end unit, which is nice bc it gets a lot of natural light and is spacious. Master bedroom is as pictured and is lovely, although the room smelled a little musty (management sent damp rid over and it helped). The tv memory is v low so none of our streaming services would play. The living area is spacious and comfortable. TV worked well. The balcony view is beautiful! The furniture on the balcony is old & worn and cushions torn, but management replaced cushions. The balcony is facing north, so doesn’t get any sun throughout the day. I suppose this would be nice on a hot day, but our nights and mornings were chilly, so unable to enjoy the balcony. There are 2 bedrooms in the front of the condo that face a busy street. We heard loud cars and motorcycles from both rooms. One room has 2 queen beds; the other bedroom I believe the beds need to be remeasured. They seem like full sized beds. This bedroom also has very sheer blinds and the orange lights from the outdoor walkways illuminated into the room. The condo is within walkable distance to coffee, restaurants, bars & beach and on the trolley stop. Can easily stay in the condo/area without a car.

We arrived early evening and it was dark. Thier were no exterior hall lights. We had to use our cell phones for lighting as it was very dark. The whole floor leading to our unit which was at the very end of was vacant which made it worse. There were bugs in the kitchen, bathroom toilet had a leak, one of the guest beds felt like you were sleeping on the box spring and in another room the TV was not working. The kitchen table seats were extremely uncomfortable as well as the patio furniture. We called VRBO immediately due to liability/tripping hazard, but they could not assist because it was a weekend & could not get in contact with the mgmt co. I asked to be moved to a safer location but they could not accommodate said it would be up to mgmt co. I called the next day which they still have the old owners name in the unit. We found the correct number and they could do was bring flashlights for hallways and fix the toilet. This was highly rated, but I disagree. I spent alot of money for four nights to surprise my sister and make her weekend delightful but instead I was very embarrassing. I wrote a comment to Beaches regarding our stay and never responded back. Because of this experience I will not be booking with VRBO or Beaches again!

We stayed in this unit over Thanksgiving break for a beach volleyball tournament over on Sand Key. Very convenient location, clean, and comfortable. Plenty of pillows, extra blankets, and the kitchen was very well stocked.

The location was unbelievably spectacular! The property was extremely spacious and well appointed! We made one trip to the grocery store for convenient items on hand and otherwise ate locally daily at area restaurants. The condo exceeded our expectations and likely we will RE-book again. We came on a girls trip and this was the best location.

This spacious condo with all the comforts of home enabled our multi-generational family to have a memorable beach vacation. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything needed to store, prepare and serve healthy, tasty meals in a relaxed comfortable setting. The balcony provided an extra space for early morning and evening solitude and poignant conversations usually involving the sunrise, sunset or something focused in or on the water. We highly recommend this property!

Condo unit was clean and nicely furnished. Some wear and tear of walls/ furniture noted but expected with STRs and did not detract from our stay. Ideal location for our sons wedding at Shephards resort right across the street. Close to beaches restaurants and bars/night life. Would definitely recommend!

We had a great time celebrating my inlaws 50th wedding anniversary. Location of Harborview Grande was perfect.

The condo was conveniently located for beach access and dining. The condo was pretty clean and had a nice view off the back. The main problem for us was the lack of pool use. There was a chain put around the gate around 8:30 every night. On the 4th of July we were locked out at 8. Also, we were not allowed to fish after 8:30.

We were in town for a wedding and could not be happier with the condo! The location was excellent…we walked everywhere. And the condo was huge. Pictures do not do it justice! The oversized balcony was our favorite spot to relax. Our kids are older (21 & 16) so it was nice to be in a central location where they could venture out in their own. The condo was well stocked and very clean. Beds were comfortable, although pillows weren’t great. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely book again if we are ever back in the area!

Pretty views of the harbor and a short walk to the beach. The condo was actually nicer than the pictures made it seem, which is pretty rare these days. Will definitely be back.

3 couples (6 adults) in a condo that supposedly sleeps 10. The common areas are lovely and very comfortable. The master suite is beautiful and as described. The second bedroom with 2 queen beds was very nice. The 3rd bedroom supposedly had 2 queen beds. They should remeasure as we feel they are double beds. There is no closet in that room- we had to hang our clothes in the hall.
The biggest issue was the parking. We had 3 cars and there is only parking for 2 cars per condo. I was reminded SEVERAL times that this detail was listed in the description so I had no reason to complain, that we could find a garage or parking on the street. I would not be so upset except the parking lot was never more than one third full the entire week. We were fortunate that we have friends living 30 miles away that were willing to store our car for the week. Otherwise, it would have cost us $48 a day for parking. The rule seems rigid and unreasonable, especially during such a slow time.

The property was just right for our needs. We could easily walk to the beach, shopping and restaurants. It was close to the aquarium and easy to get to. It had plenty of room for our group and the view was nice. We'd stay here again.

The only negative experience, which was not the owners fault, is that another family disregarded the rules and engaged in boorish behavior involving inebriation and feeding the wildlife. Otherwise, this was an idyllic experience.
