Great location in a very tourist heavy area. Close to the beach. We walked to it every day with a 1 year old. But it was also far enough off the main drag to not hear the cars and to feel secluded. Kitchen is adequately stocked. The men in our group had no luck fishing off the dock but the guide they used picked them right up at our dock which was so nice! (Guide also said our area was not good fishing-just fyi) The rooms were very spacious, especially the main bedroom and the bathrooms were a decent size, especially the on-suite bathroom. Lots of restaurants and bars within walking distance.

Outstanding experience, absolutely amazing property. Prime location on a quiet road just a few blocks from Opal Sands and the pier. We walked to beach every day, swam in the pool every evening, rode bikes to the sailing center, and had the most amazing dinner at Caretta on the Gulf. Enjoyed all four stories of this spacious waterfront property. Thank you to Ken, Ellen, and Angie. Can't wait to be back again soon.

The location of the condo was great! Very central and walking distance to the beach, restaurants, shops etc. The pool and rooftop deck were so nice to have and the place was very spacious! The only issue was the cleanliness of the place. Immediately when we walked in, there were crumbs and bugs crawling on the entry table. The towels ALL had a mildew smell like they weren’t fully dried when they were washed and we had to rewash all of them. 2 of us also had to wash our sheets as we were getting bitten by fleas at night in bed. The shower in my room was pretty gross. The caulking was coming off and it was all moldy and the white shower curtain had that orange mold on the bottom. Overall we liked it, but I probably wouldn’t stay there again just because of the cleanliness issue.
