This beach condo is just a 5-minute walk to the #1 rated beach in the country and various restaurants and shopping. Clearwater Beach is known for its award-winning beaches, great restaurants, and lively nightlife. We have made every effort to make this apartment a home away from home!

The condo was very nice with a great view of the boat dock and beautiful sunrise. There were plenty of food options close by and two blocks or so to the sand. The condo had everything we needed. As a travel advisor and habitual vacation home renter. I would recommend this property and plan to return with more friends.

This was definitely a perfect location! Everything you need was within walking distance including shops, bars, restaurants and of course the beach! The home was furnished nicely with plenty of seating and a HUGE dinner table. None of the bedrooms had a private bathroom but that came in handy with 3 young adult women with us. Our only issue was the elevator was intermittent during our stay which is not the owner’s responsibility but they did communicate with us and kept us informed of the status. The view from the front(which faces the waterway and not the street) was beautiful especially at night with all of the lights. We enjoyed our stay!
