A proposito di questa appartamento struttura in affitto
Our Studio Apartment is the ideal escape, offering convenient accommodations & back up solar generator in the San Juan area. Located at the heart of Isla Verde, we are just steps away from the El San Juan Hotel & Casino, a two-block stroll to the beach, shops, bars, restaurants, and a supermarket, among other attractions. Spend your days soaking up the sun on the stunning Isla Verde Beach, where you can partake in water sports, rent umbrellas and chairs, and savor fresh coconuts, ice-cold mojitos, pinchos, and empanadas! In the evening, delight in the local dining options or take a short trip to Old San Juan or Santurce. A must-visit is El Yunque and the popular Pinones, where you can enjoy authentic Puerto Rican cuisine right by the beach—only 10 minutes away. There’s plenty to do if you choose to remain local, and you can easily rent a car at Enterprise Car Rental, located just across the street, for exploring the island independently. Additionally, there are various transportation options available, including UBER and tours that pick up at the El San Juan Hotel.

Condo was in a great location, convenient to everything, and had everything I needed. It was a 5-10 min walk to the beach. Great view. The only drawback was that instead of listening to the waves from the balcony, I could only hear the rooftop equipment of the hotel next door.

Great location and good communication with the Host. Plenty of good dining options nearby and the beaches were wonderful

Great location. Close to restaurants and couple of stores. Traffic noise was a issue for a loght sleeper. Lots of house rules. Some understandable some a little overboard. Cooler beachchair available was good. No beach access at all.. gota walk about 3 blocks. The motel/casino next door WILL NOT let u use theres. Overall a good place for the price especially because of the location
