THE VIEW
Enjoy this upstairs corner beachfront cottage on the sand with panoramic ocean views up and down the coast. You'll be delighted with full ocean views from the master bedroom, living room, and kitchen, with the sounds of ocean surf filling every room in the condo. The sand and water's edge are just a few steps away. Experience incredible ocean breezes and sunsets on the balcony.
KITCHEN AND DINING
The kitchen has been upgraded with custom cabinets and granite countertops. The kitchen has an open design concept, so there is lots of space for moving about while preparing meals. The cabinets and drawers are fully stocked with all the basic cooking utensils you need to prepare your culinary masterpieces while on your beach vacation. The dining room table seats 6.
LIVING AREAS
The living room has ample seating locations with a comfortable sofa and additional chairs. The living room also has a flat-screen TV that you can use to either watch cable (with FREE extended channels such as HBO and Showtime). For the occasional cool winter day - or to create an ambiance - there is a gas fireplace that is fully functional for your enjoyment.
The ensuite master bathroom features a walk-in shower and the guest bathroom includes a tub/shower combo.
SLEEPING
D28 is set up to sleep 6 guests. The master bedroom suite has a comfortable king-size bed. You can see the ocean as you lie in bed and drift off to sleep. The second bedroom has a Queen and Twin bed and lovely garden views. Both bedrooms have flat-screen TVs, cable, and ceiling fans. For the additional sleeping arrangements, there is a queen sofa sleeper in the living area.

You'll have access to amenities such as a lagoon-style year-round heated pool and hot tub, commercial-sized barbeque area, putting green, fitness center, sauna, reserved garage parking, as well as laundry facilities, and 24-hr security to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. North Coast Village is truly a one-stop location for an unforgettable vacation.
If that's not enough, you can head down to the harbor or the pier and enjoy such activities as fine dining, jet ski, kayak, bike, and surfboard rentals, sailboat excursions, and deep-sea fishing. We had a great stay overall. The unit itself was exactly what we were hoping for, unobstructed 180 degree view of the water and being able to hear the waves day and night was easily the highlight. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained, which really added to the experience.The only challenge was arrival. We checked in at night and the instructions for finding the security office were confusing, especially since the property is very dark with limited lighting. While that makes for a peaceful setting, it made it difficult to navigate and find the correct location initially.Also worth noting, the total cost ended up being higher than expected once all the additional fees were included.That said, we really enjoyed our time and the location and setting made for a memorable stay.

My family really enjoyed our stay! The view was fantastic, we enjoyed the beach, pool and hot tub. Others at the condo complex were very friendly and we always felt safe.
