Situated in the beautiful gated community of Brava, this condo provides an excellent experience with community pools, spas, and a small workout gym. It is conveniently located on Country Club Drive, just a block away from Bristol Farms, Albertsons, and various restaurants.
INTERIOR SPACE
This two-level condo features a welcoming entrance and a one-car garage on the first floor. The top of the staircase leads to a spacious living room, open kitchen, and dining area, perfect for entertaining. The kitchen includes a large patio with a fire table and seating for four, offering beautiful north views. The living room has ample seating with large sofas and a 65-inch SmartTV. The kitchen island is perfect for enjoying morning coffee, and the indoor dining table can seat six. The kitchen is fully stocked to create delicious meals. The sleeping quarters, built-in work area, and bathrooms are located down the hall. The property also includes a one-car garage for guests and a laundry room with a standard-size washer and dryer.
SLEEPING QUARTERS
The primary bedroom includes a king bed, a 42-inch Smart TV, a spacious walk-in closet, and a patio for plenty of natural light. The attached bathroom has a walk-in shower, a soaking tub, and dual vanities with ample counter space. The guest bedroom has a queen bed, a closet, and a 32-inch Smart TV. The second guest bedroom has a twin bed and a workspace, making it a versatile room. Both guest bedrooms share a hallway bathroom with a shower/bathtub combination.
OUTDOOR SPACE
The gated community of Brava features two community pools, the closest pool and spa are located within 200 feet, two spas, and a small workout room in the clubhouse. It is great for short walks. Guest parking is available in the clubhouse parking lot.

Conveniently located with Albertson's Groceries and Bristol Farms nearby. Walk to Starbucks or Peet's Coffee in the beautiful desert mornings. One dog per reservation is permitted unless additional pets are approved in advance.
Dogs must be under 35 pounds and at least 12 months old, unless an exception is approved in writing by the property owner.
Due to insurance requirements, certain breeds and mixes may not be permitted, including Pit Bull/Pit Bull-type breeds, Rottweilers, German Shepherds, Doberman Pinschers, Bullmastiffs, Boxers, and similar restricted breeds.
Any exception must be approved in writing before arrival. Please do not bring a pet that does not meet these guidelines without prior approval.
Guests are responsible for their pets throughout their stay and for any damage, excessive cleaning, odor removal, or other pet-related costs.
Pets should be well supervised and may not be left unattended when doing so could result in property damage, excessive barking, or disturbance to neighbors.
Pet requirements may vary by property based on homeowner preferences and insurance requirements.

The pools were outstanding until heat was reduced. But still very enjoyable. We weren’t permitted to access the mailbox for forwarded mail. Never happened in any previous VRBO stay. The unit was clean, well furnished, and all the appliances were first rate.
