🚗 PARKING: Mid-Apr through mid-Nov there are unlimited parking spots available in the underground parking garage. During ski season (mid-Nov through mid-Apr), the penthouse comes with 1 parking space in the heated underground parking garage. There is additional parking in the River Run Gondola Lot, which is 50' from the entrance to the Silvermill condos. This lot is free during the day and $25 per vehicle per night for overnight parking. Please note rates are set by Keystone Resort and may be changed.
☀️ Summertime - It is important to note that Mountain homes and Condos in Colorado do not have Central Air Conditioning. (We provide a portable A/C unit in the living room)
😎 The good news is, the nights are always cool (average between 45-55 degrees), and therefore our Mountain homes can be kept cool by opening windows, running ceiling fans and our provided stand alone fans in each bedroom, and by welcoming the fresh Mountain air in :) We have installed 4 portable AC units in this unit for added comfort.

🍗 Check-in/out is NOT available on Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, or Christmas Day.

There are 2 sides to our story. The condo itself was wonderful and the hosts were very receptive to helping out when we had minor confusions about getting in. On the other hand, if we were rating the facility itself, it would get a one or two star rating. In the busiest part of the season, the elevators (only 2 total) were out of service with large backups and the pool and spa were having problems. This large of a condo facility needs a 24 hour person to help with customer issues in the complex. Hopefully these issues will be resolved in the future if enough owners vote to improve the way they do things. I would not stay here again because of the general facility, although our individual condo was wonderful.

Great location, awesome size, and very well thought-out for short-term rentals. However, the place had a bad AC/heating unit, elevator issues for half of the booking, and windows that would not latch.

We loved our family stay at The Baldwin. The master bed was VERY comfortable, and the quality of the linens was better than most rentals, which contributed to a very restful sleep. We loved all the small touches provided (creamers, cooking spices, trash bags, hand soap, body wash etc.) The location couldn't be more perfect for overall ski and village convenience. We enjoyed BOTH balconies and loved the views. THE BEST FEATURE was the ski/snow boot dryer and abundant hooks and storage for ski/snow jackets in the entry. WONDERFUL STAY!
