Reviewer Comments:
We had a fantastic week at this Cape vacation home! The house itself is wonderfully spacious, with plenty of comfortable seating in the common areas for everyone to relax and gather. The outdoor shower was such a bonus, and we really enjoyed the outdoor space and convenient parking. The neighborhood is peaceful and perfect for walking or bike riding, yet you’re just minutes from West Dennis Beach and the always-fun Cuffy’s. Check-in and check-out were seamless, making the entire stay stress-free. Overall, it was a truly great experience, and we’re already hoping to come back next year!

Reviewer Comments:
We have stayed here for several years now. The house feels like home. It's well stocked, has a great layout, and is always clean. I like that it is central to everything on the Cape. The beach at West Dennis is minutes away. The cottage is in a quiet neighborhood with very little traffic.

Reviewer Comments:
We rent homes frequently. This one stands out for the wrong reasons. Kitchen was poorly stocked (every cabinet full of things not needed). Air conditioning was poor. Cob webs everywhere. Showers were the highlight. Yard maintenance was awful. Garbage can, outside shower area was treacherous.
