Escape to our charming 3-bedroom home featuring an exclusive indoor heated pool and game room garage—perfect for families! Located in historic downtown Santa Clara, just minutes from St. George, Snow Canyon, and Tuacahn.

The Space:
This tastefully decorated home offers 2.5 bathrooms, full kitchen, dining area, living room, laundry, and plenty of space for everyone to spread out. The historic Glockenspiel clock tower across the street celebrates our town`s Swiss heritage with hourly chimes.
Adventure Awaits:
• 10 minutes to Snow Canyon State Park
• 1 hour to Zion National Park
• Steps from Snake Hollow bike trails
• 2 blocks to city bus stop
• Near 9 championship golf courses
• Sand Hollow Aquatic Center & Library nearby
• Canyon View Park: trails, sports fields, pickleball courts
• Ivins Reservoir (5.5 miles): kayaking, fishing, beach
• Las Vegas: 2-hour drive
Local Favorites:
Harmons grocery (2.5 miles), Bishop`s, Pizza Factory, and Xetava Gardens Cafe for dining.

Receive our Welcome Guide 5 days before arrival with all details, wifi info, and door codes after completing the simple pre-check form.
Note: Home is on a downtown street with unfenced yard. Children must be supervised at all times.
CHECK OUT LIST: Guests are required to complete a few check out items in order to prevent additional charges. This list is provided in a Welcome Guide link sent by the host.
BBQ: Barbecue must be cleaned after each use and prior to checking out in order to avoid infestations of insects and rodents. There is a $25 cleaning charge per guest stay if grill is not cleaned prior to check out.
POOL: detailed instructions and rules can be found in the Welcome Guide link. Guests must avoid using the pool with any lotions, oils, tanning sprays or other chemicals on their skin. Please shower when possible before use. These chemicals are likely to change the chemistry of the pool and may require an extra visit from our pool tech. If an extra pool shock or other treatment is required, guest will be responsible for that expense post stay. If you have any questions about the pool or additional requirements, please contact host anytime.

An amazing place to stay for our family of 6! The kids loved the indoor pool and the bunk room. And it’s so close to everything especially snow canyon! Thank you for an amazing place. We will be back!

The house is beautiful and it's also located in the perfect place. We will definitely stay there again. The host is also awesome and on top of everything.

This property has it all for any age. The house is large with very comfortable furnishings and tons of amenities. The heated indoor pool is always a hit with our family as well as the many board games supplied for fun! Always greeted with a personal welcome note, sweet treats, Utah Parks pass and much more. We have family close by. We have spent Christmas week and now High School Graduations at the property. Cannot say enough good things for this property!

We had a nice time in Santa Clara. The house was clean and well organized. We felt very comfortable and had plenty of activities while hanging around the house. Melanie was very kind and easy to work with.
