Clean, functional basement apartment in quiet neighborhood in Cayuga Heights about 7 minutes from Cornell. Everything works fine. My only suggested improvement would be to have a shade or darker blind in the bedroom so the sunlight doesn’t wake you up early. Thanks, James

We had a wonderful stay at this property near Cornell University. The home was clean, quiet, and very comfortable. The location was perfect for visiting the campus while still offering a peaceful atmosphere to relax. Everything was well maintained and exactly as described. We truly enjoyed our stay and would absolutely return again in the future.

This location was in a residential neighborhood. It was a 3 minute drive to Cornell University. It is not within walking distance to the town.
