THE VIEW
Enjoy this upstairs corner beachfront cottage on the sand with panoramic ocean views up and down the coast. You'll be delighted with full ocean views from the master bedroom, living room, and kitchen, with the sounds of ocean surf filling every room in the condo. The sand and water's edge are just a few steps away. Experience incredible ocean breezes and sunsets on the balcony.
KITCHEN AND DINING
The remodeled kitchen features lovely granite countertops. Most of the hallway wall between the kitchen and entryway has been removed, so there is lots of space for moving about while preparing meals. The cabinets and drawers are fully stocked with all the basic cooking utensils you need to prepare your culinary masterpieces while on your beach vacation. The dining room table seats 6.
LIVING AREAS
The living room has ample seating locations with a beautiful sectional sofa. The living room also has a 48" flat-screen TV that you can use to either watch cable or a DVD. For the occasional cool winter day - or to create an ambiance - there is a gas fireplace that is fully functional for your enjoyment.
The master bathroom features a walk-in shower and the guest bathroom includes a tub/shower combo.
SLEEPING
D24 is set up to sleep 6 guests. The master bedroom suite has a comfortable top-quality king-size bed. You can see the ocean as you lie in bed and drift off to sleep. The second bedroom has 1 Queen and 1 Twin bed and lovely garden views. Both bedrooms have flat-screen TVs, cable, and ceiling fans. For additional sleeping arrangements in the living area, there is a queen sofa sleeper with a memory foam mattress for extra comfort.

If you do happen to be visiting during a warm spell we do provide fans in the condo to help create cooling cross breezes.

D24 is located at North Coast Village, an oceanfront complex between the Oceanside Pier and the Harbor, built directly on the sand and just steps to the beach. You'll have access to amenities such as a lagoon-style year-round heated pool and hot tub, commercial-sized barbeque area, putting green, fitness center, sauna, reserved garage parking, as well as laundry facilities, and 24-hr security to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. I have heart problems and just got over an upper resiratory infection. The minute we got to the beach i was cured! We have stayed at North Coast Village condos for many years. D 24 IS one of the best condos yet.The bedding was superb. We didnt use the guest room but the beds seemed nice and soft.

We had a pleasant week-long stay. The location is fantastic and sitting on the balcony watching and listening to the ocean was life changing. The place was clean and had all the amenities we needed to enjoy our stay. Ceiling fans, which we used a lot, were quiet and moved the air well. We happened to be there for a stretch of unusually warm, humid days so the floor fans the host provided were very much appreciated. There is no question that we will be back.

Oceanside has been our favorite beach getaway for many years and we rely on On The Sand for easy booking and a very helpful on site staff to keep us coming back…
The beach is fun, great for kids and beautifully maintained by the city and numerous volunteers and lifeguards…With frequent activities and restaurants within easy walking distance it's our favorite getaway…

Amazing experience. Just like pictures. The couch and dining were large enough to sit whole family comfortably. No AC needed due to ocean air cooling system! :) Pool and hot tub were great bonus features. Comfortable mattresses on all the beds.
