Located in the east of Munich, the beautiful holiday apartment "Muc City de Lux" offers 120 m² of living space surrounded by greenery. With high ceilings and colorful decor, it exudes a Mediterranean flair. The apartment is on the second floor and features a living room with large windows, a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, a sleeping alcove with a single bed, and a bathroom, accommodating up to 5 guests. Amenities include Wi-Fi, fans, a mobile air conditioner, DVB-T antenna TV, board games, a baby crib, and a high chair. Outside, a furnished balcony invites you to start your day with a delicious breakfast.
The nearest supermarket is just 350 m away, and a variety of restaurants and cafés can be found within 400 m. The apartment is close to the S-Bahn station for the airport line S8 (about 15 minutes to the city center). It’s a 5–8 minute walk to the station. By car, you can reach Messe München in about 8 minutes or the city center in 15–20 minutes. A bus stops right outside the building with connections to the U4, city center, and Messe.
Street parking is available. There is no elevator in the building. Bed linen and towels are included. The apartment was built and furnished without harmful materials, and all mattresses are new and mite-protected. Allergy-friendly bedding is also provided.
Thanks to the sloped roof, the rooms are especially spacious, with skylights above the window doors that let in natural light in the morning. Light-sensitive guests may wish to bring a sleep mask.

We had an outstanding stay at this property! The location is in a nice quiet neighborhood that is walking diatance to local restaurants and a grocery store. It is also a short walk to the train station and a short train trip into central Munich. The property was clean, well-kept, and had plenty of room for our family of 4. Andreas and Petra were great hosts and provided everything we needed to have a great stay. Would definitely stay here again!

Pleasant spacious and comfortable apartment in Denning close to services. 10 minute walk to S Bahn which gets you into Munich fairly quickly or a bus up the street. Lots of restaurants close by as well.

We stayed at Andreas's house on the first leg of a 17 day trip visiting Gemany, Switzerland, Itlay / Sardinia and Iceland. The house is in a great location! Two grocery stores within walking distance, bakery, resturants etc. The S Bahn train is a 4 block walk making old town Munich a mere 15 minutes away. The Englishgarden is about 15 minutes by bus or train or bike. The apartment itself is wonderful!: clean, very quiet, comfortable, light filled and spacious. It was very enjoyable having the open view to the park / soccer field behind the house as we had open sky views for sunsets every night. We had acces to laundry which Andreas's wife graciously let us use. The neghborhood is very nice, filled with a mix of beautiful newer and well kept vintage single family homes, some with beautiful gardens and private pools. Thre is a very nice park about a mile south with a nice lakeside resturant (Haus am See Muchen) it makes for a splended everning walk there and back. Be sure to checkout the Daglfing flea market, a huge open air vintage swap meet and flea market held at the Daglfing horse racing track about 3 miles from the house, it's huge, hundreds of booths! Overall, we were very happy with the stay at Andreas's house, he and his wife are a pleasure to chat and visit with and they provided many helpful tips and suggestions. A.
