Often referred to as the “Golden Mile”, this is the PERFECT spot for your vacation! Never been to Topsail before? This is where you want to be. You'll love having easy access to groceries, restaurants, bars, shops and loads of activities - all within a mile of the house. Close enough to enjoy it all but far enough away for a bit of privacy.

The private, secluded pool is heated to 86-88 degrees during Spring and Fall and is a favorite feature for our guests.

The house is kept spotlessly clean and is always well maintained.

The private beach access is right across the street. Boogie board, surf, collect shells and sharks' teeth, take a sunrise stroll watch the birds - it's all at your doorstep.

If you enjoy cooking, you'll appreciate our well stocked kitchens and three refrigerators. If you like to eat out, we have tons of great options with a few minutes of the house.

We provide lots of "extras" - beach chairs, a rotating supply of beach toys, bikes, books, games, a multi-game arcade game, ping pong table, laundry/storage room, cleaning supplies and more.

Nine One Nine has two separate living spaces. Each boasts comfy beds and cozy furniture along with a well equipped kitchen. Upstairs and downstairs are connected by two sets of exterior stairs. Upstairs you'll find 4 bedrooms (K, K, Q, bunk) and 2 bathrooms (tub/shower combo and shower only) with a central living/dining/kitchen space. Downstairs you'll find a large living/dining/kitchen space along with a King bedroom and a bath with a tub/shower combo.

The property was thoughtfully designed and decorated with bright indoor spaces and cozy outdoor places to read, relax, catch some rays, soak up the sun and spend some quality time away from reality.

Two driveways make parking super convenient. We can accommodate a maximum of 5 cars.
