Park oceanfront in our private gated lot, unload your beach gear with ease, then rinse off in the hot outdoor shower before heading home. A private boardwalk leads straight to the beach. Your dedicated beach access is only 0.5 miles from the house and just one city block from the Bogue Inlet Pier — with free public restrooms, convenience store, Surf's Up oceanfront restaurant, tackle shop, and excellent fishing.

* Linens, towels, and starter supplies (toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, hand soap, basic spices, dishwasher tabs)

* Professional cleaning and disinfection between guests (including high-touch surfaces)
House Rules:
* Saturday to Saturday weekly rentals only
* Check-in 4:00 PM | Check-out 10:00 AM
* No smoking
* No pets (Note: Owner’s dog has visited the home, so pet dander may be present)
Hurricane Policy:
Travel insurance is strongly recommended when booking, especially during hurricane season (June–November). If you choose not to purchase insurance, no refunds will be issued for cancellations due to hurricanes, tropical storms, or mandatory evacuations.

We absolutely LOVED staying at this beach home in Emerald Isle. From booking, communication, to check-in, our stay, the weather, and check-out, we had an excellent experience. The house was clean, well-stocked with essentials, spacious, and comfortable. Heather has thought everything! She didn’t just have the basics, like salt and pepper, but other spices (think red pepper flakes).We appreciated the private parking at the beach front. The deck walkway made it an easy walk to and from the car. Plus, at the end of our beach time, there were spigots so we could leave the sand at the beach, not in the car.On the sound side, there is a nice pier that leads directly into the water. My boys enjoyed paddle boarding on the sound. There wasn’t really a good place on the sound side to sit in a chair and read, like I wanted to do. However, there were built in deck benches at the end of the pier where I could enjoy the nice breeze off the water.There are some great places to eat, within walking distance.We have already booked our trip for next summer!

Great location, central to everything. Cottage was immaculate, well stocked, and beautiful inside and outside. Great kitchen, bedrooms, and private outdoor space. Every detail was well designed and thoughtfully appointed! Super responsive and helpful owner. Thanks so much, Heather. Highly recommend this amazing home.

The house was extremely clean. Well equipped kitchen.All the kitchen cabinets are labeled. A great touch. We enjoyed the house and its privacy. We give it 5 stars out of 5.

Great location, great layout. Loved the private beach parking. Unfortunately, the house was dirty. Toothpaste spray on the sink, dust everywhere, dog hairs in the couch, filthy oven.
