Comfort and location await at Bogue Bungalow! This Oceanside Duplex offers 3 Bedrooms and 2 Full Baths for your vacation pleasure!
Central Heat and Air, Ceiling Fans. Living Area with Roku TV giving access to streaming apps. High Speed Wireless Internet. Fully Equipped Kitchen with Coffee Maker, Oven, Refrigerator, Microwave, and Blender.
Bedroom #1 offers a King Bed, Bedroom #2 offers a Queen Bed, and Bedroom #3 offers a Twin Bed + Twin/Double Bunk Bed.
Outside enjoy a meal at the Picnic Table after cooking on the Charcoal Grill provided. The beach is just down Bogue Inlet Drive to the south while the home's location is central to downtown Emerald Isle activities, shops, restaurants, and oceanfront pier!
Linens and Towels provided with Beds Made for Weekly and Nightly stays.
NO SMOKING.
Up to 2 dogs allowed with All-Inclusive Pet Policy - no fee! 3rd dog permitted with payment of $375+tax pet fee. It is the responsibility of pet owners to ensure that they clean up after their pets (i.e., picking up waste from property grounds). Should the guest fail to do so, an additional fee of $100 will be charged to the credit card on file.

(1) Guests must pay in full when booking through VRBO. The card provided at the time of booking will be charged for the total. Guest will receive follow up communications including Management Company’s Vacation Rental Agreement for e-signature which is required for all stays.
(2) Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are strictly prohibited unless approved by management.

The little bungalow was in the absolute perfect location. It made for walking the dogs to the beach very easy. The inside of the bungalow was very clean, but the outside could use a little work. There was some trash left near the front door but nothing that was major. We did have a problem with the door code when we arrived, but it was handled efficiently and smoothly by the host company. I loved that it was dog-friendly, especially for two dogs to enjoy without some outrageous fee. The option for a third dog wasn’t made clear when I originally booked. Unsure if I would have taken the option but it would have been nice to know about sooner. Other than that, my friend and I both agreed we would stay here again.

Great spot close to the beach! Everything was very clean and the location was very dog friendly!

The location was great. It was very clean. There was a lot of room in the house, and it was very accessible for our elderly dog, who does not do stairs. It had heat, so visiting in the off-season was really nice. We had weather swings from mid-70s to mid-30s, and the Bungalow stayed cozy throughout.

The house was nice and great location! The outside trashcan was full when we arrived. Would be nice if trash pick up day was enclosed in instructions so we could put trash can at road. Check in and check out went great. House was clean upon arrival. We looking forward to next year….
