Really fab stay. Richard kept us up to date on everything from original booking to check-out and everything in between. The villa was exactly as advertised, had everything we needed and Lake Berkley is a great location, having the lakeside view as well made the stay even more special. I would wholeheartedly recommend the villa for a great stay

everything was great other than owner has full control of ac would only turn down to 75 degrees 9am-5pm then he would turn it up to 78 degrees after that some nights we had to open doors to get the house comfortable
