The home was delightful. Extremely clean and decorated so nicely for our visit to Orlando. It was exactly as described and better than we expected. Communication with the owners was clear and accurate. Directions were exact. The home was located in a wonderfully safe gated community. Centrallly located between each coast. It was spacious and accommodated our 10 person family well. The pool table and ping pong table were so fun when the rain came as well as the tv, Xbox and assortment of movies. The pool was warm, clean and phenomenal. Pool toys were available for the kids. We had such a nice time. When part of our family became ill and needed immediate surgery Dave was thoughtful and accommodating for a longer stay. We highly recommend this home

We had a fantastic week at the Lake Berkley Vacation Home. The house was exactly as described -spacious, clean, and perfect for our family of 4 with plenty of extra room. The layout worked great for us, and everyone had plenty of room to relax after long days exploring the area. What really made the stay stand out was the host’s communication. They were incredibly helpful and accommodating from booking to check-out, always quick to respond and eager to make sure everything went smoothly. Overall, we loved this rental and would happily stay again. Highly recommend to families or groups looking for a comfortable home base near attractions and amenities.

Wow—what an incredible stay! Dave and Ashley’s vacation home truly exceeded all our expectations. From the moment we arrived, the house felt warm, inviting, and absolutely spotless. It had everything we could possibly need(and more!) to make our trip comfortable and stress-free. The space was perfect—spacious and relaxing, with plenty of room for everyone. Our kids loved having their own rooms, and we appreciated that it felt private yet cozy under one roof. It was the ideal setup for a family getaway! What rally set this experience apart was the personal touch. Dave and Ashley went above and beyond by sharing fantastic dinner recommendations and insider tips for navigating the parks during the busy holiday rush. Those little details made our vacation so much smoother and more enjoyable. We honestly did t want to leave—and we’re already planning our next stay! If you’re looking for a clean, spacious, and welcoming home with hosts who truly care, this is the place. Highly recommend!

The house is great, has just about everything you could possibly need, including strollers, I wish we would of known, we wouldn't of had to bring ours. The location is awesome, Walmart and everything you could imagine, 3 minutes away! Parks are all about 20 minutes away. Couple things to keep in mind, check in is 4:00, everyday, so if you leave, don't come back between 4 and 5, or you will be stuck in line forever!! They really need to let people already checked in through the other gate!! Also, don't pay to have the pool heated, it's a waste of money!! They only heat it during the day, 9-5!! Why you would heat a pool during the day while the sun's out, makes no sense at all!! It should be heated from 5pm-9am. It was warm only one night, the kids wouldn't even swim in it , it was too cold, and they swim in our lake in Wisconsin!! And I've NEVER, heard of a rental charging to heat a pool anyway!! But other than that, we had a great time!
