Unit 201, also known as "Splash Gordon", is a privately owned one bedroom, one bathroom condo with plenty of space for up to 4. Enjoy incredible ocean views through the wall of windows or the balcony, as well as a convenient fully stocked kitchenette and full-sized appliances. The kng bed in the bedroom and the queen Murphy bed in the living room offer options for guests, and the walk-in shower is a great bathroom feature. Guest Access:
The condo comes with a unique code which will get you entry into your unit. The indoor, heated salt water pool and hot tub can be accessed via a Pool Code on the North side of the Office building.
This is a 2nd floor unit, there are 14 steps required to access the unit.

Other Things to Note:
This is a condo in a shared complex, and it's worth noting that from time to time, you might hear everyday sounds coming from neighboring units and common areas within the facility. The condo comes with a limited supply of complimentary coffee, sugar, and creamer.
Interaction with Guests:
D Sands Rentals manages all 63 privately owned beachfront condos. We have a rental office on the property that is open no less than 8 hours a day. We give you your space, but we’re available on-site if you need anything.

The room and property were spectacular. Very clean and the view was phenomenal. 10/10 would recommend and we will be returning!

This condo was very comfortable for what we were looking for. The front desk person was super nice and helpful. The view is top notch, loved sitting out on the porch and drinking our morning coffee. Will definitely stay here again.

The chair was highly uncomfortable for a full size adult In the living room and the bed was a bit too hard.
