Unit 212, also known as "Fly Like a Seagull", is a family suite with a private oceanfront balcony that can sleep 6 on 2 queen beds in the bedroom and a queen Murphy bed in the living room. The tub & shower combo is perfect for families, and the fully stocked kitchen makes it easy to enjoy a night in. Explore from our central location, or use our private beach access to go hunting for rocks & shells. Rainy days provide the perfect reason to take advantage of the HOA-provided heated indoor pool. The possibilities are endless!
Guest Access:
The condo comes with a unique code which will get you entry into your unit. The indoor, heated salt water pool and hot tub can be accessed via a Pool Code on the North side of the Office building.
This is a 2nd floor unit, there are 14 steps required to access the unit.

This is a condo in a shared complex, and it's worth noting that from time to time, you might hear everyday sounds coming from neighboring units and common areas within the facility. The condo comes with a limited supply of complimentary coffee, sugar, and creamer.
Interaction with Guests:
D Sands Rentals manages all 63 privately owned beachfront condos. We have a rental office on the property that is open no less than 8 hours a day. We give you your space, but we’re available on-site if you need anything.

It was clean other than bags of garbage was left over night outside so rhe birds got to them and made a complete mess causing it to be difficult to try and walk without walking on trash.but other than that it was a nice little get away.

We had a great time. The condo was perfect for us. Everything was very comfortable and clean. We even found 2 floats on the beach! Great place at an affordable rate. Thank you for sharing your place!!
