This property was nice and overall clean. There were a couple of minor things that i wish were cleaner but I saw a note on the counter that the host used a cleaning company and I can't fault the host on that. Richard was great and VERY communicative. Neighbors were friendly and offered some good suggestions for the area. Location is great for both Tampaand several beaches. I can't wait to go back.

The host was great! The bed and couch were comfortable.Tv was great and the internet worked well. The house was very clean and I left it that way. Neighbors were very friendly when their pitbull got out and we could not walk our dog until 11:30 at night. The neighborhood was a little less than I expected, but turned out okay. The house has all the amenities you need. 12 minutes to Clearwater beach!! We saw some bugs but we sprayed with the can of Raid they left.
